Wade has been in the construction industry since 1990. He was the Director of Sales and Estimating for Pettigrew & Sons, Inc. for 22 years before starting his own company, Hydrotech Building Solutions, Inc. in 2012. Over the years, Wade has earned the trust and provided services to many of the country’s largest businesses. He has served on numerous advisory boards as well as receiving Innovative Project of the Year Award by RMI and Summit Contractor Award by Johns Manville

Rick has been serving customers in Indiana, Ohio and Michigan since 2007. He specializes in commercial and industrial roofing. With his faithful personality, Rick builds long term relationships with the companies he serves. He is a former student of Taylor University and spent 25 years serving at Northeast Indiana Youth for Christ. He has also worked for the past 20 years in the Collector/Classic Car Industry. After work, Rick loves spending time with his family and going to sports events

Jeff will bring leadership that is based on service. He will earn the right to be a trusted advisor to each client we serve. Away from work, Jeff most enjoys time with his family. He has been married for 15 years to his wife Retha and has 3 children. He enjoys service at church, sporting events and all things music.
