If your roof qualifies, we can give the entire roof area needing replacement a watertight warranty from year one, but full payment would not be made for up to 3 years. Throughout this, we will hold the manufacturer's warrant in trust until the final payment is made. After final payment, the manufacturer's warranty would then be transferred to the owner for the remainder of the years left on it.
